“THE QUEEN MEETS THE KINGS” Rock n’ Soul will rule the night as Legendary Billy Joel Drummer Liberty Devitto brings The Slim Kings to team with longtime Saturday Night Live Band vocalist Christine Ohlman, “The Beehive Queen” with Christine Ohlman & Rebel Montez in an incendiary night that will rock with soulfulness as longtime running partners Devitto—who’s played on over 50 million albums with Billy Joel—and Ohlman—renowned for her recent #1 Billboard Blues chart-topping CD with Dion on the iconic Rock and Roll Hall of Famer’s 2024 release “Girl Friends”—light up the beautiful Bayway Arts Center. The Beehive Queen and The Rhythm King will fire up their respective playlists, including songs from Ohlman’s 2024 upcoming “The Grown Up Thing” and The Slim King’s newest, “Better Than This,” a tribute to The Rascals that is a featured cut from their upcoming 2024 album. Michael Sackler-Berner leads The Kings, and Ohlman will be joined onstage by Lorne Entress (drums-Mary Chapin Carpenter, Lori McKenna, Ronnie Earl), South Carolina Guitar ace Chris Bickley (Johnny Winter) and Michael Colbath (bass).
